JCR Inc. Determination that is the key word for team JCR Inc. team. This year has had its ups and downs, they have had several nights of leading the race until the very last lap. This past Friday night June 25th, the team arrived at Tri-County Motor Speedway and unloaded the car. Driver Jason Cochran took the car out and immediately turned in a lot of quick laps in practice. This gave the team a good boost of energy as they made just a few small changes. Qualifying time arrived and Jason was set to roll out 7th. He quickly laid down a lap of 16.908 just .03 from qualifying on the pole. As they were lining up for the race everyone could clearly see the Full Moon that was rising above the race track. Jason pulled the #72 Clark Tire Chevrolet out onto the track and started the race on the inside. Once the Green Flag fell, he quickly went to work on the leader trying to get by him and get out front. It wasn’t until halfway through the race that Jason finally made the pass for the lead. He lead the last half of the race and only once had some pressure from the second place car. After a spin from another car to bring out the caution, Jason restarted the race and quickly set sail until he brought home the checkered flag for Team JCR Inc. and to capture the first NASCAR Whelen All-American win for himself. “Wow this is awesome, its been a long time coming. Jason just moved one step closer to the Top 2 in the very tight points standings. Come on back out next weekend for another exciting night of racing, where again its only 5 bucks to get in. The team will be racing next Friday night then loading up and heading down to Florence, SC for the South East Limited Late Model Tour qualifying will be on Saturday and Racing on Sunday July 4th.
